We are looking for the best Back of House Managers to join our team on event days at the London Stadium, to provide the all important link between Front of House and the culinary team. Our Back of House management team really are the engine room of our restaurants - taking control of the pass and order tickets, managing the speed and rhythm of courses and making sure each dish looks perfect before going out to the customer.

The ideal candidate has relevant back of house or front of house restaurant experience from working within a fast paced environment as a supervisor or manager, flexible and has strong leadership skills and the ability to train with the support of standard operating procedures. This is a variable position to support event day business and the ideal candidates will be available to work 90% of the remaining West Ham fixtures for the 2017-18 season.
