Club Manager - Cheltenham

We are looking for an experienced operator to take over the management of our hotel based leisure club. Your main objectives will be to drive sales, standards and service to ensure the membership base grows to achieve the financial budgets in place. You should have a well organised proactive approach to your day to day duties and you will oversee a small team to deliver exceptional service. You should have a can do attitude and experience of sales, fitness and pool plant mechanics. Ideally you will already hold a pool responder, first aid and pool plant qualifications but these could be provided for the right applicant. You will be expected to work a shift pattern consisting of early mornings, evenings and some weekends. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work with a national operator  to develop their experience and progress. Free gym membership and other benefits are part of the package.
