All Grades of Chef needed - New Restaurant Opening

Our legendary Regent Street address has long been the capital's hub for fine food, wine and conversation. Oscar Wilde chose the Café Royal - and its unmatched wine selection - for his salon, while Winston Churchill favoured our steaks, stilton and champagne. Even those who differed on most things, came together here to enjoy an atmosphere and range of gourmet pleasures found nowhere else.

The story continues today, as we embark on an exciting new chapter and eagerly await the arrival of other celebrated chefs to add to the culinary excitement.

Beginning at the end of last year we commenced a short period of localised works that will transform our main entrance and ground floor and create a brand-new dining experience on the first floor.

Find your ‘Joie de Vivre’….

Naturally we are now actively seeking new team members to join us on this new culinary journey. In the words of one of our most famous patrons “To define is to limit” so whatever your background or passion, if you have an engaging personality, discretion and understanding of what it means to provide Luxury service we'd love to hear from you.

All positions are permanent and full time working an average of 47 hours per week. We offer a range of benefits to enrich your experience at Hotel Café Royal including incentive and service charge schemes, pension and life insurance along with financial wellbeing workshops. Your personal wellbeing is equally important and we offer a full programme of activities and benefits to support our colleagues.

Your Benefits:

  • Competitive salary + Service Charge
