A Wellness Sanctuary the first of its kind in the Middle East, is seeking a female Indian Naturopath to join the team. The Hotel and Spa is a women’s only design who’s purpose built facility that is committed to promoting holistic living.

The Spa Doctor will be responsible for managing all aspects of health and wellness. The incumbent is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation and monitoring of wellbeing initiatives, this includes the internal customer (team) and the external customer (guests). Knowledgeable in all forms of alternative medicine, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Homepathy, diet, nutrition, exercise and counseling. The Health and wellness programs must be designed to encourage clients to make positive changes in lifestyles. The role requires the incumbent to implement strategies and plans for customers; both internal and external. This will be addressed by developing programs that create awareness, motivation and provides tools that help adapt and maintain well-rounded healthy lifestyles.

Responsible for improving the membership offerings, packages, menus, consultation forms, customer satisfaction and customer life style and working alongside Spa Trainer, On-board Specialists, Therapists, Fitness Team, Housekeeping, Guest Relations.

Salary

SAR 49 500- SAR 99 000 gross per year + Commission Plan.
