Swimming Teacher Positions - April 2018
We are currently hiring one full-time and one-part time swimming teacher to work as self-employed on a permanent basis in various shifts throughout the week from April 2018 in our sites located in South West London.
We are specifically targeting an experienced London-based swimming teacher with a proven record of outstanding swimming lessons in private and semi-private lessons to children from the age of two and 6 years old. Parent and baby lesson experience would be extremely desirable and will certainly put you ahead of other candidates.
SwimWay is the leading home visit Swimming School in London providing swimming lessons to children and adults. We currently teach over 1300 students in term-time and holiday courses in exclusive private developments, homes and schools around the South West of London, as well as 9 sites open to the general public.
SwimWay instructors use our specific teaching methodology, always teach in the water and do not use any flotation devices except kick boards. All new instructors are required to undertake a compulsory 2 weeks paid training on our program. We suggest all candidates review our website thoroughly before applying.
Candidate Profile

- ASA Level 2 or equivalent international qualification recognized by the ASA
- DBS checked
- IOF certificate of insurance or instructor liability insurance
- NLPQ or national rescue award for swimming teachers and coaches
