Decking Administrator - Christchurch

We are looking for a Decking Administrator to join our Decking team based in Christchurch, Dorset.

The role will involve assisting the Decking and Aftersales Coordinator and supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the decking function and good computer skills and administration experience are required.

Main Duties include:

  • Develop and deliver training for the deck administration process and decking operating systems for park teams
  • Assist in managing the decking schedule
  • Liaise with other departments, contractors, manufacturers and suppliers as required
  • Order all new stock for Caravan decking Sales and Hire Fleet
  • Assist with the management of new stock orders and stock holding
  • Arrange & manage transport of stock from Factory and between parks
  • Assist Sales teams to achieve their sales targets within all aspects of the Decking process
  • Meet and greet all customers in a professional and courteous manner where required
  • Support the Caravan Sales Team to ensure monthly and yearly targets for Caravan Sales are met

 

 

Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.  Product knowledge training will be given on processes and recharging of deck and decking materials.

The role will involve working Monday – Friday and some weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
