This is an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join the newly established Milton Pubs & Taverns!

We are looking for an experienced General Manager or Management Couple with high volume catering experience for the Prince of Wales, Shirley.

If you are a real people person who is ready for the challenge of leading and inspiring a hard-working team and has a natural desire to succeed, then we have the ideal opportunity for you!

GENERAL MANAGER:

  • Passionate, with a hands-on approach
  • Customer focused with exceptional standards
  • Catering experience
  • Commercially aware & financially astute
  • The ability to identify new business opportunities & drive sales
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of compliance & H&S within the business
