The Snug Bar is an independent, forever expanding cocktail bar that prides itself in providing contemporary hand crafted cocktails, comfort food, exceptional customer service and treasuring our Snug team members.

We now have 9 bars covering the South of England and are continuously looking for unique and tenacious individuals to join our Snug family.

About you…

The ideal candidate must be both genuine and passionate and demonstrate a strong ability to develop warm interactions with those to which they meet, specifically since guest satisfaction is at the forefront of our business. Our Snug team members love what they do so we have a consistent eye for those who are upbeat, mindful, friendly and approachable in all forms of communication.

Don’t be fooled that this is a nine to five position. The Snug is open from early until late, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, and so you will be required to be flexible and dedicated to your role and its required working hours.

Roles include:

  •   Greeting  and interacting with our Guests
  •   Providing a great service
  •   Creating fantastic products including a range of Cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
  •   Working alongside a team in a busy, fast paced environment
  •   Being proactive and enthusiastic during quiet periods.
  •   Maintaining a clean bar and kitchen to withing H&S guidelines
  •   Carrying out full stock takes in both wet and dry
  •   Controlling Labour levels
  •   Back Office finance
  •   Cash Handling
  •   People Management
