Director of Operations - 6 Pontins Holiday Parks

Due to continual expansion of the iconic UK  6 Pontins Holiday Parks brand, we are looking for a charismatic and inspirational person to join us, as Director of Operations.

We want motivated and forward -thinking people who are able to use their own initiative and skills under the umbrella of our company goals and aspirations.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of all 6 holiday park (4,000 + apartments), providing fun holidays for in excess of 2 million guests a year and therefore the following experience is essential:

Essential Experience:

• +3 years Holiday Park General Management/ Area Holiday Park Management experience
• A strong team leader with ability to develop and improve operating methods to encourage all staff to participate in achieving, maintaining and monitoring high quality, customer focused service
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of health and safety;
• Excellent experience of legislative requirements relevant to running a park.
• Knowledge and understanding of all park maintenance ensuring consistency in standard.
• Great interpersonal skills
• IT knowledge to run a busy park and achieve excellent customer service levels.
• A DBS will be required as well as excellent relevant references.
