The Britannia Hotel Wigan is a 124 -Bedroom hotel which offers traditional British meals that are favorable to our guests and locals. We also boast 9 conference rooms catering for between 9 to 300 delegates, at the Britannia Hotel Wigan we can provide a wedding suite to cater for up to 250 guests.

We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide, we are looking for a Head Chef or a Strong Sous Chef who wants to move forward in their career by using your flair and creativeness in the kitchen and in planning menus. The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team.
