The Britannia Manchester is a 363-bedroom hotel that offers two dining options; Jenny's Restaurant serves a varied selection of Britain’s favourite dishes, whilst the Overstuffed Pizzeria offers freshly cooked pizzas and pastas. The hotel also offers 9 conference rooms catering for up to 200 delegates, providing for various events and wedding functions.

We take great pride in our culinary service here at The Britannia Manchester and we are looking to expand our team and recruit a Sous Chef who wants to move forward in their career by bringing flair and creativeness in the kitchen. The successful candidate will be an experienced Sous Chef or an ambitious chef with a proven record of outstanding culinary experience and team work skills with excellent attention to detail.
