The Britannia Manchester is a 363-bedroom hotel that offers two dining options; Jenny's Restaurant serves a varied selection of Britain’s favourite dishes, whilst the Overstuffed Pizzeria offers freshly cooked pizzas and pastas. The hotel also offers 9 conference rooms catering for up to 200 delegates and provides for various events and wedding functions.

We take great pride in our culinary service here at The Britannia Manchester and we are looking to expand our team and recruit a Pizzeria & Bistro Chef who wants to move forward in their career by bringing flair and creativeness in the kitchen. The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, ideally with Italian cuisine, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work.
