The Jam Tree Chelsea is a well regarded gastro pub on the Kings Road SW6.
Our menu is an eclectic mix of fresh vibrant and exciting flavours from around the world. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our team.
The ideal Sous chef must have at least 3 years CDP experience working in a fresh food environment as we produce everything in house.
Our Sous chef must be organised, methodical, a great communicator and work well under pressure.
As Sous chef you would be expected to work with the head chef to ensure our high standards are being adhered to at all times.
Our Sous chef is expected to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef and be involved with the managing of stock, staff and environment.
We are paying £26000-£28000 per year with all the usual benefits of kitchen life.
