The Jam Tree Chelsea is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team.
Our Chef de Parties work with fresh produce daily, preparing the whole menu in house under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Our Chef de Partie are responsible for all aspects of their section, Ordering, prep, communication and service.
As a Chef de Partie at The Jam Tree, a large part of the role will be to work on the charcoal grill producing a la carte menus, private hire functions and hog roasts.
The ideal chef de partie will have a minimum of 2 years experience working with fresh food, have good food hygiene and work practices.
We provide our chef de partie with current level 2 food hygiene training.
