We are currently recruiting for a Cash Office / Admin Assistant to join our existing administration team
This is a full time role, working 5 our of 7 days, including occasional weekends. Hours are generally 7am - 3pm but this can vary.
Own transport would be an advantage but not essencial as there is a bus service from northampton.

• Previous administration experience.
• Cash handling aministrationn experience is desirable.
• SAP experience desirable.
• Strong computer skills.
• Team player.
• Strong communication skills.

The main responsibilities are;

• Process invoices onto the SAP system.
• Reconcile tills and process via SAP.
• Reconcile gaming collections and process via SAP.
• Responsible for banking all cash on site.
• Investigate any cash discrepancies and escalate if required.

Other adhoc duties involve; handling petty cash claims, process vouchers and adhoc administrative duties.

They will be needed to work weekends and Mondays

The main role is cash office doing gaming, tills safe check. The admin role is for doing invoices, orders, waste and more later on.
The starting rate is £7.30 then later after training move up a level.
