Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the end to end recruitment process, you will be working with store management teams to supply them with great a calibre of new starter for the busy festive period.
 
From screening CV's to holding interviews and feeding back to candidates, you will become the recruitment expert in your area along with your Warm Welcome Colleague peers.
 
You will welcome new starters into the Tesco family by holding the Warm Welcome to Tesco, supplying them with the knowledge for them to work in our stores.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for customer assistants that are:

• Passionate about recruitment, and giving candidates the best experience when applying with Tesco
• Dedicated to turning all applicants into loyal customers whether they are successful or not by providing an excellent service and being brand advocates
• Have great communication skills and able to build long lasting relationships
• Able to travel from store to store to hold Interviews and the Warm Welcome to Tesco

All training will be provided and expenses such as mileage paid.
