Haven are currently recruiting for a Designate Accommodation Manager who will be able to work within the south East.

My Role as Designate Accommodation Manager is to enjoy a fast paced and high pressure environment ensuring that our holiday homes are consistently clean and well maintained and having single point accountability for accommodation, my team, their motivation and quality of their service.

The Purpose of the role:

Lead a team of 20- 250 team members, dependant of park.

Be confident in managing costs, purchasing & budgets.

Demonstrate effective resource planning and management.

Roll Model effective leadership behaviours and our vision and values at all times.

Deliver accommodation to the highest of standards to a wide range of guests with varied needs and desires, whilst being considerate to the commercial aspects of the park, such as holiday numbers and cleaning costs.

Deliver and embrace a park vision and strategy based on the commercial and holiday maker needs on park.

Demonstrate a competent understanding of IT systems.

To deliver the very best guest experience embracing a 'breath of fresh air' culture with the holiday makersat the heart of everything we do.

Through exceptional standards aiming to exceed our guest expectations to create the very best impression of our park.

All our Team Members enjoy a fast paced and high pressure environment, ensuring that our holiday homes are presented to the highest quality to create the 'home from home' experience our holiday makers have grown to expect.
