The Role

We currently require a Sous Chef to work in our n a fast paced, high volume prestigious restaurant at Gino D’Acampo – My Restaurant, Manchester. The successful candidate will be working alongside large brigade of chefs, to deliver the food to the highest of standards.

The successful candidate would be expected to;

• Train and inspire their team
• Ensure that Company standards are set and maintained in terms of quality of service
• Assist in implementing our seasonally changing menu
• Be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure that all requirements (both statutory and Company) are met in relation to Health & Safety and Food Safety

This role is well suited to a self-motivated, skilled, passionate & creative chef with a hands on approach.
