We want our guests to remember their delicious meals as an absolute highlight of their holiday; something they describe in loving detail to anyone who will listen.

We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from their day-to-day. When they are with us, they play crazy games, enjoy show-stopping entertainment and live in the moment. Our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.

We need you to be the person who delivers delight on a plate. Magical mealtimes are at the heart of happy holidays, which means mouth-watering menus, prepared with care and flair by an eager to please chef - that’s you!

The nitty gritty of what you’ll be doing

Working as part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will be cooking delicious food that delivers delight to our guests at every meal

You will prepare, cook and present food that hits our brand standards every time and puts a smile on everyone’s face. Your ‘no prisoners’ approach to cleanliness and food safety will be an inspiration for everyone in the kitchen, a benchmark they won’t dare to fall short of.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

You’ll know as well as anyone that becoming a chef involves training and sheer hard graft. We’ll need to see that you’ve been there, done that that and have the following:

  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (or be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of health & safety requirements in a kitchen)
  • A formal cooking qualification – this is non-negotiable!
  • A great way with people – that means your colleagues and your customers

 Do we need to say you relish working under pressure? Or that being in hospitality gives you a real buzz? Well, we’ve said it anyway. You’ll have an eye for detail too, and you won’t let anything out of your kitchen until you know it will delight the person it’s been prepared for.

  • Further specialist cooking qualifications
  • Experience of working in a holiday resort
