What we need in a nutshell

We want our guests’ accommodation to be so clean that it sparkles. So clean that when they open the door, we can hear them say “Wow!”

Some of the background

We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from their day-to-day. When they are with us, they play crazy games, enjoy show-stopping entertainment and live in the moment. Our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.

We need you to be the person who delivers delight at the start of our guests’ holidays. That feeling they get when they first open the door is up to you and the love you have put into making their accommodation sparkle. It sets the standard for a great holiday.

The nitty gritty of what you’ll be doing

Working as part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will be cleaning and preparing guest accommodation to our high, high standards – and then a little bit higher! This includes changing beds, vacuuming, dusting and thoroughly cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces.

You could be cleaning everything from a quirky camping POD to a funky Tribeca caravan, always with the aim of making your contribution to someone’s holiday count every bit as much as the food they eat and the fun they have.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. As long as you’re happy to help even when it’s ‘not your job,’ you’re our sort of person.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We’ll provide training, but you must:

• Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
• Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
• Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
• Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help
