Customer Service Assistant - Reading

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be a key part of the team. Being enthusiastic and engaging with our customers you will ensure we are providing them with the best possible service and standards for every visit.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;

• Demonstrating new and exciting betting and gaming products to our customers
• Maintaining the best possible standards throughout the shop and team areas
• Contributing to the unique atmosphere and experience that we love to create for our customers
• Processing bets
• Delivering on key objectives and customer satisfaction

Additional Information

Our shop opening hours are between 8am - 10pm Monday to Sunday.
This role is evening work only, covering the last 3 hours of business 5 evenings a week.
Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will change weekly.
Please note you must be 18 years old and over to work in one of our shops.
