Top Accounts Manager  - The Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa

Were a group of fabulous Hotelsand Venues set in beautiful countryside and our hotels are full of great people A great team.

Assigned to forty key accounts (to be reviewed quarterly), the Top Accounts Manager is responsible for achieving pre-agreed account revenue targets and growth, delivering the key account objectives and ensuring a close working relationship is maintained and nurtured with the Event Creation Team, Regional Sales Team and on-property team .

In addition, this role coordinates the wider group activity of a further 20 growth accounts, ensures all activity undertaken meets the business needs and will together with the Head of Sales devise and implement an innovative and engaging Account Management Activity Plan ensuring all key stakeholders within Exclusive Hotels and Venues are considered.

The Top Accounts Manager will.....

  • Demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of accounts and contacts through delivery of personal experiences and thorough research
  • Create and deliver amazing show-rounds for new potential contacts within the named accounts
  • Ensure that the properties are professionally and relevantly represented when face-to-face and / or on the telephone with clients
  • Co-ordinate and support the Hotels, Venues, Spas and Golf Club in the organisation of any Exclusive opportunities e.g. client showcases, fam trips, trade-shows and exhibitions
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel within the assigned customer accounts, including Learning & Development & Events teams, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Marketing & Sales team leaders, booking learning and development programmes, hospitality, events, conference and meetings.
  • Create and deliver a Strategic Account Action Plan for each named account, that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and validates customers needs and our business needs on an on-going basis.
  • Ensure a clear strategy and sales plan is in place for each named account to deliver maximum revenue opportunity from the account in order to take the conference, meetings and events business forward for Exclusive

Are you right for us?

Our successful Top Accounts Managerwill have

  • Luxury hotel sales experience is essential (preferable current experience within the London or wider UK market)
  • A proven track record of successful business development and more importantly successin key account management and growth is essential along with sound business acumen namely yield and revenue management experience.
  • A self-motivated, driven, results orientated and proactive attitude is required.
  • People management and leadership experience preferable.
  • Candidates must be able to multi-task and cope with a large workload
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent skills in: communication, presentation, negotiation, coaching, persuasiveness, influencing and team management.
  • A full and clean driving licence and own car is essential.
  • Direct experience of revenue management and operations, experience at senior level
  • Skills in CRM Management preferable
