Gymfinity Kids is an exciting new brand of children’s gymnastics, ninja and activities centre. We offer a wide range of services which include baby gymnastics classes through to teenage classes and ninja. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individuals who enjoy working with children and have a passion for kids and sport.  The candidate appointed as must be self-motivated, confident, professional and have excellent customer service and sales skills. This is a tremendous opportunity for growth, continuing professional development and higher management pathways.

Applicants will need:

• Experience in working with children
• Experience in nursery or pre-school education

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced CRB check.

Full training & coaching will be provided prior to starting this exciting new role.

• Responsible for delivering and planning safe and fun gymnastics and ninja sessions
• To assist all participants in reaching their full potential, focusing on progressions when appropriate
• To work as part of a team in delivering excellent gymnastics / ninja sessions to children of all ages
• Set up equipment and activities in line with operating standards ensuring the safety and welfare of participants is paramount.
• Adopt a fair and equitable approach to coaching at all times, this includes adapting sessions to cater for individuals with different range of abilities regardless of age, gender and race.
• Produce weekly lesson plans
• To undertake all appropriate administrative duties and liaise with the general manager and assistant manager
• To facilitate and deliver events that further the operational and sales targets of the company
•  To be part of an environment where all employees enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club and business as a whole.
• Deal with prospects in a professional manner whilst showing them the facilities and assisting them with the online joining process.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times to both members and prospects
