We are looking for Strong Personal Trainers to join the team.

Applicants must be engaging, adaptable, knowledgeable, upbeat, passionate and professional. They should be prepared to endorse the ethos of the Club and strive to become better and more effective trainers. They also must me self-motivated, be prepared to work hard for results and available to start imminently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Inductions
• Instruct Group Exercise Classes
• General Housekeeping duties
• Promote and sell the prescribed PT products and packages to members.
• Pro-actively generate new PT business.
• Grow PT business through actively promoting individual PT and Group session.
• Support retention by engaging members and provide fitness advice and guidance in the club.
• Behave in an inspiring manner that creates respect from members and colleagues.
• Achieve minimum performance criteria as agreed with the Club Manager.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer certification / qualification.
• Passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and delivering customer service excellence.
• Energetic and pro-active attitude with a positive outlook.
• Excellent time management.
• Must be extremely reliable.
