Summary….

As part of the head office team at Tim Hortons UK & Ireland, this role will see you working alongside the senior team to report and analyse business decisions to ensure the company is constantly improving and challenging themselves to make the best business decisions as we expand this incredible brand across the UK.

This is a hugely key position for our growth and you will be involved in developing a culture of accuracy and analysis giving the teams and the management the reporting tools required to deliver the very best Tim Hortons restaurants we can!

Looking for a strong team player, able to use own initiative, excellent IT skills and a friendly nature

Your duties will include -Supporting all IT systems in stores, service, PC's, Printers, support in-store technical issues, etc

Could suit a graduate with relevant industrial placement experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Supporting the store IT systems, per Company standards and procedures
  • Remote IT Support to head office staff in the office/field
  • Provide a timely, polite and efficient service.
  • Liaise with 3rd Party suppliers- excellent comms required, build relationships

Job Qualifications:

- Windows OS, MAC OSX support/configuring

- MS Office 365 suite

- Active Directory, MS Azure Server Administration. Exchange Administration

- Networking

- Desktop/Remote Support

  • Planning and organisational skills; able to establish efficient and appropriate plans for self and others and adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected changes whilst still ensuring objectives are met
  • Customer service; understands and responds to customer needs (internal and external) and exceeds expectations where possible
  • Communication and team working; works co-operatively with others to achieve a common goal and communicates information in a clear, concise and accurate manner
  • Problem solving and decision making; analyses information appropriately to find best solutions and takes a balanced view to reach logical conclusions and make relevant decisions.
  •  Working independently to liaise with, and support, the senior teams on business decisions
  • Analysing data and interpreting it into an understandable format for senior management and store level.
  • An in-depth knowledge of excel to create understandable contact for analysis
  • A calm temperament and the ability to work to a demanding schedule as we grow
  • When liaising with outside suppliers being professional as the “face of Tim Hortons”
  • Researching other restaurant brands to deliver market knowledge
  • Using accounting principles to collate accurate spreadsheets and translate information
  • Looking at sales figures and cost controls
  • A whizz with figures!!
  • A whizz with all things business and economics

Our ideal candidate will have studied Economics or Business Studies and carried out an Industrial Placement or to be currently working in a role with a similar skills base.
