Job Details
Live Chat / Event Coordinator needed in Farnham, Surrey working for TeamSport’s growing Head Office. This role is all about our customers and is a mixture of dealing with customers and new bookings via Live Chat and over the phone. The role will include answering questions and queries and explaining the range of Karting events we have on offer, before taking payments and following up with customers where necessary.
The role will be working in a busy, fun and friendly team and requires someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, customer service environment who can talk enthusiastically with our customers about the products we offer and use their administration skills to get the process finished quickly and efficiently.
Please be aware this role will include one weekend shift each week and you will be also be rota’d into some bank holidays throughout the year with additional pay. Hours are between 8:45 – 6:30 with early and late shifts.
We offer comprehensive training including NVQs in Customer Service and progression into the Sales Team.
