Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a strong focus on delivering quality food to be our Senior Chef.

Our Senior Chef has a wide and varied role, including preparing fresh food, ensuring the meals are made in keeping with our excellent Company standards, and being involved in the day to day running of our busy kitchen.

The kitchen can serve over 1,000 meals a week so it's pivotal that the kitchen runs well.

Some responsibilities include:

- Preparation and presentation of food

- Adhering to and training of food safety standards

- Training and supervision of team members

- Controlling of orders and storage of food supplies

At this level, a proven track record in delivering local, seasonal, simply produced food is needed, plus the ability to coach younger chefs. If you're an experienced Chef de Partie seeking to progress your career, this could be the role for you.
