An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and passionate Head Chef to join Raymond Blanc's Brasserie Blanc family at our stunning site in Bristol.

The Head Chef will need to have a great personality, strong communication and leadership skills, presence, passion and a proven track record working within busy, fresh food or branded operations as well as have a strong & proven understanding of kitchen financials.

Structure and organisation are key as you utilise your skills to develop, coach, mentor and plan you jnr team members personal development.

Working with fresh & quality produce means we are a labour intensive kitchen. Getting stuck in is what it's all about!
