An exciting opportunity for a Loss Prevention Shift Leader has arisen at London's most iconic hotel. If you are a talented professional, passionate about creating extraordinary experiences, then St Pancras could be the perfect hotel for you.

 Here’s a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

• Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job duties.     
• Conduct a key control audit, including monitoring electronic key boxes, issuing and receiving all master keys, radios, and beepers and keeping accurate records to ensure the safekeeping of these items
• Nurturing relationships with other key stakeholders including the British Transport Policy, Metropolitan Police, St Pancras Station Security, Eurostar Security, UK Border Agency

We’ll be hiring a candidate that has:

• Sustained and proven leadership experience in a similar five-star, lifestyle, high volume environment
• Owns a SIA or the equivalent security license
• Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents and release information only to authorized individuals
