An iconic 50 year-old brand in Canada, Tim Hortons is off to a great start as we take on the competitive UK market place. After a successful period of openings throughout November & December we ‘re now at 13 sites but with many more planned for 2018 and beyond.

As we look ahead to a busy expansion plan across the country in various locations across the UK, we are looking for enthusiastic, open-minded and driven people to join us on the journey. 
We need to increase our Acquisitions team to get us to keep us on track for the expansion we have planned, if you’re hungry and incentive driven this could be the role for you.

The role of Acquisitions Surveyor is field based in the North West region but with travel around the UK as required, our offices are in Wolverhampton but you would not be expected to be there daily.

We need you to have an extra keen eye for development opportunities, not always looking at the most obvious options, we love to think differently and as an Acquisitions Surveyor with us you will be working autonomously to source and envision these sites to be presented for consideration. Some technical expertise will be required to draw up plans.

Make no mistake we need lots of sites and our Acquisitions Surveyors are making excellent bonuses based on finding/completing/opening successful restaurants – you are the key to our success so we reward you accordingly.

Relevant individuals will have experience of land and property acquisitions and with a ”think outside the box” attitude.
