Planning & Regulations Team Leader  – Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons has finally come to the UK and we’re looking forward to bringing this fantastic Canadian brand to many more locations around the UK and we’re building our Head Office team to make this happen.

Our property team are based in our Wolverhampton office and training site – a brilliant set up with a fully working Kitchen and Tim Hortons coffee on tap!!

As the Planning & Regulations Team Leader your role is to deliver successful sites through exceptional people management and organisational skills.

Liaising with the teams on all levels to work to a joint goal of opening successful im Hortons sites across the UK

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Ability to set standards and ensure they are followed
  • Previous relevant experience if not at the same level at least in the sector
  • Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Problem solving skills
  • Exceptional integrity and reliability
  • Consistent focus on delivering exceptional sites
  • Local to Wolverhampton office

Job Responsibilities

  • The Planning & Regulations Team Leader will oversee the team responsible for delivering successful, compliant build projects alongside the rest of the property team
  • Manage the team and push them to achieve company targets
  • Setting targets for the teams and ensuring they achieve them as well as meeting your own personal targets
  • Work as part of the whole Tim Hortons team to achieve the end goal
  • Acting as a brand ambassador
  • Highlighting issues in a timely manner to ensure openings are not delayed
  • To stick to time scales for openings and delivery
  • Using strong organisational and administrative skills to track progress and get the job done
  • To communicate with other teams and update them on openings dates and progress reports

Previous Experience

  • You will be a proven Planning & Regulations Team Leader with experience of leading teams and meeting deadlines
  • Ideally have worked with Hospitality builds in the past and know the unique issues that can arise in that environment
  • Strong people management experience in past roles
