We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, results-driven person to join the hottest yoga business in the UK as Studio Manager in Brixton.

We are one of the Fierce Grace franchisees in our fourth year of success in Brixton, setting the highest standards of customer service and excellence. 

Our goal is to continue expanding the studio to be the leading hot yoga studio in south London and part of building the Fierce Grace brand globally - whilst holding true to our core Fierce Grace values.

You will manage, inspire and build a team to drive the studio and all its assets forward by continuously expanding and refreshing our membership, growing sales and attendance, looking for opportunities to increase performance and enhance the community feel our members and teachers love and expect, reaching out to local businesses and new demographics and groups to build partnerships to expand membership – fully exploring the potential of the shift to the membership economy.

You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the studio and customer service excellence. This encompasses Customer Service, Site Maintenance, Staff Training and Management, Member Retention and Satisfaction and Financial Management.

You will be business orientated, entrepreneurial, be determined to do what it takes to succeed, love dealing with people even when challenging, be fun and outgoing – a great team and inspiring leader.

Essential Requirements:

• Team Leadership and Management Experience 
• Proven record of growing sales and performance
• Excellence in customer satisfaction
• Tech, business systems and social media-savvy
• Understand and demonstrate working to and exceeding budgets
• Work to P&L
