This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Membership Advisor to be part of our team here in Wokingham’s only 24/7 gym.

We are looking for a naturally proactive and polished individual who can generate fresh leads and convert them into membership sales. You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. You will be responsible for carrying out outreach activities, converting the new leads into appointments, and then closing the sale, working towards achieving challenging daily targets. 

 We are looking for someone who will:

• Have natural sales ability.
• Be target driven with a desire and passion to exceed targets.
• Be energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Be excited to work closely with the club manager and the rest of the team to create a member-focussed gym environment unique in this area.
• Be approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease.
• Personable with a sense of fun!
• Be Reliable.

Our ideal candidate will need to be:

• Naturally Sales focused - experience is not as important as the ambition to succeed and work hard to get there.
• Highly self-motivated and target driven with a sense of humour, even under pressure!
• Organised - keep on top of your leads and follow up.
• Passionate about fitness, whilst being able to support the member-focused culture we have in the club.
