Representatives Manager - Europe

In our larger ski resorts where we have all three of our ski brands, the Representatives Manager is responsible for operating and managing our repping team in resort to ensure a seamless service for our guests.

Part of your role is to ensure that all transfer planning and logistics runs smoothly, that property visits are conducted daily by your resort rep team and that all our guests receive excellent service from their arrival to departure - this is key to this role.

All our Representatives are the face of the company on guests’ arrival so you will be friendly, professional, hardworking and conscientious with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Resort Manager with guest welfare and enhancing the customer experience across our Partner Hotel, Chalet Hotel and Chalets program. 

Our staff are handpicked for their friendly and outgoing personalities as well as their excellent qualifications and experience.
