Trading style
The White Swan trades as a wet led community pub and benefits from a good group of local customers throughout the week. The pub does offer some snacks from behind the bar as there is no kitchen on site. Both pool and darts teams play from the pub and televised sort is also shown. The White Swan would suit a community operator with flair to promote good retail standards, introduce a back bar food solution and embrace the televised sport ensuring all the popular football, rugby and cricket matches are shown.
Trade accommodation
On entering the pub through the main door you are greeted with a centralised horseshoe bar. On the left is a good sized games area with pool table and some seating. On the right of the bar is a large lounge with a mixture of fixed and loose seating. Both areas have their own toilets. At the rear of the property is access to a smoking solution and enclosed drinking terrace. There is also a small function room on the first floor which is accessed from the lobby at the back of the pub. The White Swan has recently had new double glazing and new radiators installed. There is parking for up to five cars on the right of the pub.
Private accommodation
The domestic accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom all in good order.
