- Ideal starter pub
This is a wet led community pub with a loyal customer base that provides weekend entertainment. Admiral Taverns are seeking either an experienced operator or applicants from the Bentilee area who want to run potentially 'the best pub in Bentilee.' They will have the vision and passion to drive this business forward by introducing new aspects such as food and cask ale and also sports teams. Admiral Taverns offer a range of support under the new 'Business Support Agreement' which is particularly advantageous for those who are new to the industry. This agreement will run for a set period of eight months, providing the licensee with bespoke training programmes, access to business insights from a range of industry experts, and an unrivalled portfolio of products and equipment.
The pub trades from two separate areas which are each serviced by their own bar. To the left hand side of the entrance is a lounge bar with a separate entertainment/sports area which includes a pool table and darts board. This space would also be ideal for a day time/mid-week food offer and would be perfect for people who want to make the most of a coffee and wifi deal. To the right hand side of the entrance is the main locals bar. Toilets are located to the rear of the premises. Also at the back of the premises is a partially equipped catering kitchen which can provide for up to 40 covers when in use. The interior of the pub and the fixtures and fittings are in good order. Externally, there is a good size car park to the side which can hold up to 30 cars and a drinking area to the back of the pub.
The private accommodation consists of three good sized private bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge all in good condition.
