The ideal candidate will need to be great multi tasker, and have a real passion and drive to succeed. You will need to demonstrate a history of training and developing your teams to exceed expectations. Whilst having a history of hitting your financial targets, your passion will lie in smashing your people and guest targets and creating a culture that is loved by guests and employees alike. You'll be bang up-to-date with the latest trends in casual dining and be innovative in building strong links with the local community and businesses.

Whilst you will be working for a strong brand, the site is unique and as the face of the business you will have a huge amount of autonomy on how the site is managed.
