This contemporary salon based in Sutton Coldfield is now moving into a new and exciting phase of development and they are on the look out for a Beauty Therapist.

Our client is looking for Therapist that is seeking a career, not just a stop gap. There will be long term career opportunities within the business as the owners are qualified Aesthetic Doctors with a passion for the industry and staff development, were they will be the opportunity to train in other areas of beauty and aesthetics.

If you are a Beauty Therapist looking for a new challenge or a Beauty Therapist with qualifications in advance skincare such as IPL Laser etc. then this could be the perfect move for you.

The clinic will be offering a first class service so we are looking for a dedicated Therapist that takes pride in their work and strives to give a 5 Star service at all times. All that we ask from you is that you are ambitious and have a passion for Beauty Therapy.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Trained or equivalent

* If you are qualified in any Aesthetic treatments please state this on your CV

* Previous and proven experience of working in a high end Salon or Spa or Clinic

* Must be happy to perform a range of Beauty treatments from Facials, Massage, Nails and Waxing.

* Up to date with industry trends

* Good Retail skills, recommend and offer home care advice to every client & promote retail.

* High service standards

* Motivated, passionate and customer focused

* Flexible with shift patterns as weekend work will be expected

Package Offered:

* Starting Salary depending on experience
* Commission on Retail & Incentives
* Other company benefits on application
* 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
* 40 Hours a Week
