Requirements

Good Sales techniques
Excellent Customer Care skills and the ability to communicate and establish the needs of current and future members
NVQ Level 2 Gym Instructor
Desirable - Pool emergency responder and first aid at work

The Role

As a Lifestyle Consultant you will responsible for:-
Looking after your club as if it's your own and getting to know your customers
Personal Training Sessions
Teaching classes
Selling all products sold within the Leisure Club
Ensuring all club equipment is in good condition and ensuring that standards of cleanliness of the club and related areas are kept pristine.

The Person

In order to be successful in this role you must have experience in the Leisure industry and be a qualifies gym instructor. This does not have to be from a Hotel background. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are ESSENTIAL.
You will need to have a good knowledge of all aspects of the leisure and fitness industry.
Excellent organisational skills
Good Sales and Marketing skills are also essential for this role in order to achieve membership targets.
