A fast paced, challenging and hands-on role which will see you assisting the General Manager in managing all aspects of the bistrot, from ensuring that the highest levels of service are delivered at all times; working with Chef Team in delivering delicious dishes customers love, through to identifying and nurturing future senior team members such as Duty Managers and Assistant Managers.

You’ll be efficient, confident and have excellent inter-personal skills and show promise when it comes to leadership. We hope any Assistant Manager could become a General Manager in a short time given our training and development package.
