Customer Service Apprentice - Sandy Bay, Ashington

Are you a passionate about customer service? Do you want to start a new and exciting Apprenticeship? Parkdean Resorts are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice to join the team at our fantastic Sandy Bay Holiday Park based in Ashington, Northumberland.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will support the Holiday Sales team by:
* Providing first class Reception skills to our holiday guests at all times.
* Ensure any queries or jobs required are dealt with efficiently and customer is fully informed and happy.
* Assisting with checking in/checking out guests.
* Ensuring reception area, counter area and holiday guest area, is clean and tidy at all times.
* Carrying out company cash handling procedures.
* Preparing for arrivals day - arrival and departure letters, welcome packs, key packs
The successful Candidate will:
* Have a passion to work within customer services.
* Be confident and outgoing, with the ability to liaise with customers.
* Have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
* Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
