Lead Receptionist – Bisham Abbey National Sport Centre

 

Salary: £18,500 per annum + Fantastic Benefits
Location: Bisham Abbey, Marlow, SL7 1RR
Hours: 39 per week, Full Time

 

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Lead Receptionist to work for one of our impressive contracts; Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.

As a Lead Receptionist you will be required to work Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis covering earlies, lates and weekends, for example 8am – 4pm, 10am – 6pm and 6pm – 11pm.  

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Managing and motivating the team to ensure that a quality customer service is consistently delivered both face to face and over the telephone.

   

• Support site based personnel in the execution of, and compliance with, agreed protocols that include business wide, site specific and legal

   

• Deliver/facilitate training, staff inductions and appraisals in relation to agreed protocols and continual development where appropriate.

   

• Optimise the use of IT in general and legend in particular with regard to both productivity and compliance as well as the management of daily reporting, daily debt management, and problem swipes.

   

• Collate and present weekly and monthly performance reports to clearly identify the business status of your commercial areas, through sales tracker reports and thirst party booking reports.

   

• Ensure all complaints are thoroughly investigated and resolved promptly, and after evaluation solutions are acted on.

 

Skills and Experience:

 

• Excellent communication & customer care skills, face to face and over the phone.
• Use of IT systems/ PC literate, although in house training systems will be given.
• Ability to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead and motivate your team.
