Responsibilities include:

• Following food production specifications to produce consistent to spec product
• Ensure that food is delivered through high volume periods to the Topgolf standards
• Preparing frequently used ingredients and supporting other chefs when required
• Actively assisting in maintaining kitchen cleanliness to the highest standards
• Supporting the rest of the kitchen team in maintaining adequate stock levels
• Providing best in class hospitality
• Working in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Creating a positive vibe on shift, showcasing your edgy spirit
• Thriving in a team and being self-motivated.
• Follow guidance in the kitchen and take on board constructive feedback to ensure high standards of dishes
• Adhere to Topgolf’s health and hygiene standards
