We currently have a vacancy for a Colleague Restaurant Chef De Partie to join our team!

The Role

Working under the leadership of the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef, the Colleague Restaurant Chef de Partie will take responsibility for the Colleague Restaurant.

Job Summary:

• To maintain the highest standard of all food preparation  in the Colleagues Restaurant
• kitchens, to the standards required by the management
• To assumes full responsibilities of the Colleagues Restaurant food  preparation  with the assistance and full   
• support of   the Chef D’ Cuisine and Executive Chef
• To adopt, maintain and possess a sound professional knowledge on all aspects related to
• the operation and position
• To maintain food safety and hygiene practices;
• The colleague is fully aware of our current IMS policies and procedures and will follow them in every business related activity, specifically food safety and environmental safety related

Essential Requirements

• Proven Experience in a  Free Standing  Restaurant ,Colleagues Restaurant or 4/5*Luxury Hotel
• Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
• Excellent customer service skills and be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our colleagues
• Attention to detail
• Oral and written fluency in English
