At Darwin & Wallace we put enormous care into perfecting our recipes, sourcing great ingredients and training up our kitchen teams so that our guests can enjoy the delicious food, freshly made every day in every one of our bars.

We are looking for a Head chef to join our lovely bar/restaurant in “site location”, working under direction from our executive chef and along with the group training team

We are looking for a real team player, supportive and confident. Ready to work in a very busy kitchen with a very loyal team!

The key duties will be;

• Be confident in your abilities
• Full control of the kitchen and guide the team
• High level of health and safety, food safety and HACCP
• Monitoring wages according to budget
• Invoice control and stock take
• Ensuring consistency during busy service
