Night Supervisor - Future Inns, Cardiff

An exciting new opportunity exists at Future Inns for enthusiastic Night Supervisor to join our team at our Cardiff site.

You will report directly to Night Manager and have full responsibility for the running of hotel during night shift. Including safety and security of all guests and hotel, ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

An ideal candidate must have experience of Nights within hotel environment and however would be perfect opportunity for candidate who wants to take first step up into a supervisory role. You must be able to motivate team and have excellent eye for standards and detail.

As Night Supervisor you will need to lead by example, have excellent customer service skills and be able to lead team to success.

You will be responsible for all aspects of night audit, telephones and front desk ensuring night porters are focussed on providing the ultimate guest service experience for all customers by maintaining high department standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office department on a shift basis ensuring all operations are running smoothly, contribute to strategy of department through support and implementation of requirements set by department manager.

You will be responsible for the training of all Night porters ensuring all tasks throughout hotel are completed to the highest standard including conference area, restaurant and laundry.
