An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced restaurant Business Development Manager in the South West (Bristol, Bath and Cheltenham)

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving sales via Events, Corporate and Private Bookings both in the Private Dining Room and Restaurant of all the restaurants in your region through identifying sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, actively developing new business relationships to generate sales in the restaurants. You will need to work closely with the management teams with each restaurant to ensure they are aware of all sales activities taking place and support you in the execution of any bookings.

We are looking for a self-starter who can manage a varied workload and isn’t scared of getting stuck in.
• Previous experience in a similar role at a top restaurant or hotel, not necessarily 5 star but somewhere known for its service and style.
• You are proactive and sales focused.
• Great at building and maintaining established contacts, and developing new contacts.
• Exceptional organisational, planning and prioritising skills.
• A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive.
• Ability to increase sales and profitability
