Female Beauty and hair product sales executive based in UAE

Required to manage 3-4 Sales executives. We are looking for someone who has amazing communication skills, preferably someone from skincare or hairdressing background and good at field sales.  With clean UAE driving license

 

The responsibilities include.

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Ensure properly implement all product strategies as well as guide lines provided by the marketing and sales manager.
  • Set targets and territory plan for each Sales Representative reporting to him.
  • Ensure 100% achievement of the sales targets as well as targets for the major products.
  • Ensure effective implementation and follow of major product strategies through team members.
  • Conduct weekly sales review meetings to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Monitor, direct and supervise his team members by conducting regular couching and counseling, market visits with each team members on allocated dates as well as surprise visits.
  • Conduct regular sales review to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Ensure that all his team members strictly follow the visit / route plan and make the required number of call per day.
  • Identify new field staff by conducting interviews, tests, etc staff based on the criteria agreed upon by Sales Manager & the Senior Management of the company.
  • Handle Key accounts closely and ensure that he and his team build and maintain positive working relationships with all doctors, medical staff & supportive administration staff.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of his team.
  • Conduct one-on-one review with all his staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the team’s sales and activity performance.
  • Ensure effective uses of promotional materials by each of his team member.
  • Receive customer complaints and share it with Manager and ensure customer satisfaction by proper resolution and follow up.
  • Plan schemes with the help of his supervisor to ensure early consumption of near expiry stocks.
  • Identifies and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

 

Salary 10-14,000 AED a month plus car
