The Senior Hall Porter role: The Senior Hall Porter is based within the Front of House team and you will find yourself in the front-line dealing with the guests when they arrive at the hotel. You will be required to assist them with their luggage and ensure that they are made comfortable during their stay. You will be on hand to answer any guest queries and provide guests with information such as local restaurants, local tourism and transport information from trains to chauffer-driven cars. The Senior Hall Porter is a very customer focused position and will require you to think on your feet. Our Senior Hall Porter will: Ideally have some hotel experience beneficial for the Hall Porter role, however full training will be given.
Will have excellent customer service skills.
