Head of Wellbeing - Bromle

Reports to: Director Of Marketing & Communication

Location: Head Office – Linden House, Bromley with some travel to our regional sites

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience

Job Type: Permanent, 40Hrs a week – Monday to Friday but open to flexibility

We are seeking an outstanding candidate who can demonstrate experience in:

  • Establishing a programme of research and evaluation which is embedded in everyday practise
  • Bringing together research, policy and operations
  • Implementing best practice in a clinical or community delivery setting
  • Setting standards and implementing the systems to measure and manage them
  • Commissioning research
  • Managing suppliers of expertise through a network of internal and external providers
  • Public speaking

In this new role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Direct and lead research to demonstrate the effectiveness of the organisations activities in achieving their Wellbeing agenda
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts to provide authoritative clinical direction on nutrition, psychology and physical activity across the entire organisation
  • Work with the direct and wider team to provide expert input into product development and bids / tenders
  • Determine and define clinical standards across the wellbeing components, and embed systems and training, including CPD and assessment, to maintain these standards across the organisation
  • Act as the external policy expert, representing the organisation across the areas of health, physical activity and wellbeing
